- and that there are currently no commercial uses along this segment of Ehrlich Road.
The 7-Eleven Would Be Next to a Church

A Waiver to Sell Alcohol Near a Church Would Likely Be Required
Public records show the applicant also intended to pursue alcohol sales at the proposed convenience store.

- including waivers related to nearby church properties.
The adjacent Hillsdale Baptist Church later formally opposed the project through legal counsel. Alcohol sales in this case will likely be for offsite consumption.
